A Nightmare On Sexbox Street
Last night I had the wierdest dream. I was hanging out with the Crypt Keeper from the HBO series "Tales From The Crypt" and he revealed to me he was a tranny. So he put on makeup, a wig, a dress and a fur coat and we went clubbing. When I asked him who he was trying to impersonate he told me Whitney Houston! When I woke up I had to laugh because as of lately, there is definitely a resemblance between the two! Or is it just me?

You spelled the word "weird" in the logical way "wierd"..but it's incorrect. The way it sounds would imply that because of the "i before e" rule, it is spelled "wierd"..but somehow it isn't spelled that way.
Old dictionaries actually spelled the word "wierd"...but somewhere along the way the spelling changed. Odd. The correct spelling would logically be pronounced as in "wired"
ummm...it's called a typo.
I think that the crypt keeper is looking better then whitney in recent years.
I know u did it as a typo...but I'm informing you that technically the way it sounds it should be spelled "wierd"...and at one point in early english that was the correct spelling.
Bah..wasting my lessons on the likes of you, eh.
Even more interesting is that Shakespeare used to spell the word wierd, and it was commonly used as a word to describe ghosts, witches and the like. Such as the Wierd Sisters, the three witches, from McBeth
I feel like I'm in an English class.
